You'll get a day of nourishment, mindfulness, movement, creativity, community, relaxation, and a care kit to take home so the focus on your wellness doesn't stop here. All you have to do is show up. We'll take care of the rest.
A day made specifically for you
When you reserve your spot you'll receive a questionnaire that will help us make the day customized to you. This includes menu selections for your meal and snacks, freshly made juice, movement requests, fun facts about you, gift preferences, and more. We'll use every bit of information you provide to make your experience full and unique to you.

9:00am - Welcome! Enjoy a morning beverage and snack while getting to know your community.
9:30am - Mindfulness - Morning meditation and intention setting for your day.
10:00am - Movement - An invigorating 1.5hr vinyasa yoga practice.
11:30am - Nourish - Enjoy a fresh and nutritious meal and juice made just for you.
12:30pm - Play - A fun self discovery and expression session designed to bring more of from the inside out. Plus you'll make a special keepsake to take home with you.
1:30pm - Rest - Wind down and relax deeply with a healing sound journey and restorative yoga postures.
3:00pm - Receive your Wellscape Care Kit with custom wellness gifts just for you. We say our "see you next times" and head home for the day.

Reserve your spot
Your day treat fee of $300 is all inclusive ($250 early bird price automatically applied now through 8/1). We will provide everything you need for the day upon arrival. All you need to bring is yourself and the clothes on your back (something comfortable to move in. Spots are limited and only available to reserve through 8/11 so we have time to take the information you provide to create your unique day treat experience.
